Central Oregon wedding venue 5 Pine Lodge in Sisters

Central Oregon wedding venue   5 Pine Lodge in Sisters Oregon is a photographer's delight.   The Ponderosa pines, needles and sagebrush makes for a scenic backdrop. This was taken just before Kyle saw his fiancee in her stunning wedding dress. IMG_9989

Sun flare is always fun (IF you have sun!)IMG_9977When Brianne and Kyle hired me to come to photograph their wedding elopement, I had never heard of 5 Pine Lodge, but it was a perfect outdoor wedding venue for their beautiful and personal wedding.IMG_0273Fortunately, we had great weather, which in spring is never a given.  It could have rained.  Or snowed.  But we were blessed with temperate weather and sunny skies.

This image was taken with my color infra red camera that can create unique and dreamy images.IMG_0124 (2B)

Bree's cousins, John IMG_0193and Phoenix, who were there along with Phoenix's boyfriend Andy (below).IMG_0189  5 Pine lodge supplied the officiant and wedding cake.  The gazebo (see above) was built by the couple and their friends.

Kyle and Brianne met while gaming, so they had this fun idea to include a gaming station on top of an old stump.  IMG_9856They also had a really cool cake topper, showing the states (Oregon and North Carolina) that they were from.IMG_0231

Here are some of my other favorite images...

Loved the dress and we used a spot light to accentuate some detail.IMG_9630

LOVE the shoes (my daughter-who was my lighting assistant-included the pine cone for a nice touch.) IMG_9711Kyle and Brianne thought of this idea, I thought making it a silhouette would make it stand out more.

As the evening set, I wanted to do something special (we didn't get much of a sunset unfortunately), so we back lit their gazebo and included their toasting glasses.  Always nice to have a "parting" shot to finish a wedding book. :-)  IMG_0341

Here is a short video trailer slide show...hope you enjoy it!
